CUSTOM MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
All of our merchandise is custom-printed and made-to-order specifically for you through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Because each item is created individually upon purchase, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect size selection. Please carefully review the sizing charts, product descriptions, and your cart selections prior to finalizing your purchase.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item/size due to a fulfillment error, we will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Reporting Window: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
How to File a Claim: Please send an email to the address listed in our Contacts section. You must include your order number and clear photographs showing the defect or damage so we can submit the claim to our manufacturing facility.
Do Not Mail Items Back: Please do not mail any items back to the return address on the package or to us directly unless explicitly instructed by our support team via email. Unapproved returns cannot be processed.
LOST IN TRANSIT
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Before filing a claim, please double-check the tracking information and contact your local post office or carrier to ensure they are not holding the package.
